Delivery & Returns

 

Once you have added items to your basket and selected the delivery zone, you will then clearly see the carriage/shipping costs for your order. Most UK orders will be a maximum of £7.95 (includes VAT), as we can send up to 25kg for this price.

Detailed below are our dispatch methods.

UK DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch orders placed by 2pm the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
PLEASE NOTE: Our warehouse does not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

Dependant on the weight of your order it will be dispatched via 1st class post (smaller orders), or machine orders and larger component orders over 1.5kg will be dispatched by our preferred courier, DPD.

Orders that are dispatched via courier are aimed to be delivered the following working day.

Please ensure you provide an up to date email address when submitting your order online, as when your order has been dispatched via DPD you will receive an email from Parcelforce quoting your consignment number, and you can then track your order online at www.dpd.co.uk


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch orders placed by 2pm the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. On occasions order for certain countries do require collections from certain couriers and we do reserve the right to dispatch the following working day.
Dependant on the weight of your order it will be dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail post (smaller orders), or machine orders and larger component orders over 1.5kg will be dispatched by our courier. European orders dispatched via courier are aimed to be delivered within 3-6 working days from dispatch, and all other International destinations 4-8 working days from dispatch.

We work with most major couriers for International orders and will choose the best suited for service and delivery timescale.

RETURNS INFORMATION

In the unlikely event that you need to return items/goods purchased from us then please contact us in the first instance.

The main reason for returns is because components are not compatible with a machine that is not a BlankBadge machine. We ask all customers to check compatibility before purchasing.

When returning goods please include copy of your invoice/delivery with brief note explaining your reasons for return. Please return all goods to:
