Orders

What is your cut off time for orders?

Our cut off time for orders to be dispatched the same day is 2pm (UK time) Monday to Friday.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from Debit and Credit cards, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Purchase Orders (Schools and local authorities) and via phone.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payment in UK Pounds, Euros and US Dollars.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If you cannot locate the email, please check your junk/spam folder or alternatively contact us.

Can I amend my address once the order has been placed?

Once the order comes through, we work on a fast dispatch process. Please contact us immediately and we will try to accommodate where possible.

There is an item missing from my order, what should I do?

Each order is carefully picked and packed before dispatch. In the unfortunate event your order is incomplete please let us know as soon as possible using our contact us page.

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately where a member of our customer service team will assist you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Should your order arrive damaged please notify us immediately through our contact us page.

Delivery

What are your delivery options?

Delivery options are based on where the order is being shipped too and the weight of the parcel. You can view your options once at checkout stage.

How do you calculate delivery charges?

All delivery charges are calculated automatically and are based upon weight, quantity of your order and the destination country.

When can I expect my order?

Dependent upon weight orders will be dispatched by either Royal Mail 1st class post which can take around 1-3 workings days or next working day courier for UK orders. International orders will be allocated to a particular courier dependant on destination. Any orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with all tracking details included.

What shall I do if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not been delivered in the allotted timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

Are there any export duty charges for international orders?

Depending upon which country the order is being shipped too, you may be subject to import duties. As each country’s charges vary, we are unable to predict what these will be. Recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fee or brokerage fees including any additional charges. Please note the customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

If you need to return an item to us please contact us.

Do you accept International returns?

We do accept international returns. Please note the customer is liable for all customs and duty charges for items returned to us that are either faulty or unsuitable.

What do I need to get started with button badge making?

There are three main products you would generally need which will be a machine for the size of badge you want to make, a cutter and components to make the badges. We have included a wide selection of starter packs to get you going.

How do I use your badge machines?

Can I use your components with a different manufacturer’s machine?

We recommend only using our G series components within our G series machines. Unfortunately, they are not compatible with any other manufacturer’s machines.

Can I change the dies on one machine to work with different sizes?

For all of our badge sizes, they each require a separate machine.

How do I know what size to produce my artwork?

With each badge machine a set of instructions are provided which includes artwork cut size information. This information can also be found here.

Do you have software available to create the artwork?

Yes our software is called Ibadge and can be found here.

Do I need a special printer to produce the artwork?

No, not at all, you can use any standard inkjet or laser printer.

What paper do you recommend to use?

We recommend using paper thickness of 120-180gsm.

Do machines come with a guarantee?

All of our G Series machines come with a lifetime guarantee; please visit our dedicated page here.

My machine is not working, what should I do?

It is rare that problems occur with our machine however should a problem arise please contact us.

I have a problem with the cutter, What Should I do?

I have a pre 2012 machine, will your current components work?

We ceased selling the N1 machine back in 2012 and no longer supply the components that work with those machines. Our G series components are only compatible with our new G series Machines.
