Making a purchase could not be easier. You can submit an order for products to blankbadge.co.uk by selecting an item on the product page and clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. Then follow the checkout procedure through to completion.

All prices can be reflected in £UK Sterling, Euros or US dollar (including Europe and the rest of the world).

We are under no obligation to accept your order but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing and your credit/debit card payment is approved by your credit/debit card company, or via other accepted payment method.

Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email shortly after receipt and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place under these terms and conditions. If, for any reason, we do not accept your order or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will advise you by email of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order. We accept payment via PayPal, Nochex, bank transfer or cheque.

Our payment gateways accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and other well known credit cards. Please note that payment is taken upon receipt of order. Orders received after midday will be processed on the next working day.

If you wish to pay by any other means please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Shipping And Handling is charged at cost plus a small percentage to cover packaging materials and we combine postage costs on multiple purchases.

ORDERS WITHIN THE UK ARE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS OR COURIER DEPENDANT UPON WEIGHT.
Should your goods be sent via courier a signature will be required on delivery. We will always inform you by what method your goods are being sent.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to process orders same working day assuming cleared payment has been made by midday of day of order.

• All items are subject to availability
• Where items are temporarily out of stock dispatch maybe delayed, however, you will be notified of this as soon as possible
• All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified at the time of ordering
• You will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered
• Ownership of the product shall pass to you once we have received payment in full
• If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. However, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait
• VAT is included in all our prices

Credit Card Security

All Credit Card orders are placed through your PayPal or Nochex accounts.

Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time that the order is placed. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order (and subsequent transactions) is conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of that link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link.

Guarantee

All items purchased are guaranteed against defects. Blankbadge.co.uk will replace any faulty item by return if the item is in stock. For items not in stock we can offer an alternative or a refund.

Blankbadge.co.uk will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our agreement will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be resolved non-exclusively by English courts.

Contacting Us

All emails sent to you will be forwarded to the address you specify. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address; otherwise blankbadge.co.uk will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes between the time you submit your order and the delivery of the product (by us to you) you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address.
